The story

Dekzeilenplus had just completed construction on a new-built factory and needed an accurate, navigable record of the finished space — both for internal use and to support a plan to sublet part of the facility.

We scanned the entire building with the Matterport Pro3 in a single session. The resulting model was then used to generate as-built documentation directly from the 3D capture — accurate floor plans, dimensioned layouts and a walkable digital twin. That replaced several days of manual measurement and drawing and gave the team a single source of truth for the space.

The digital twin has since been used to plan internal layout decisions and to show prospective subletting partners the available facility remotely — no site visit needed to get serious interest.
